Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Evantique lashes right to your door.
Product & Application
How many times can I reuse Evantique lashes? With proper care and cleaning, our high-quality lashes can be reused 20 to 25 times. Always remember to gently remove the adhesive buildup after each wear and store them in their original box.
Is eyelash glue included in the box? To give you the freedom to choose your favorite adhesive, we sell our lash glue separately. Please check our "Accessories" section for our long-lasting, waterproof lash adhesive.
Are your lashes safe for sensitive eyes? Yes! We use premium, hypoallergenic fibers and lightweight bands to minimize irritation. However, we always recommend doing a patch test with your chosen adhesive if you have extremely sensitive skin.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.
